The User of the Site <\/span>www.puremontagneresort.fr<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as “the Site” clearly acknowledges that they are aware that logging into and browsing the Site means they expressly and unreservedly accept its general conditions of use, including the said preamble as well as the<\/span> Personal data processing policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If the User does not accept the said general conditions of use, they must renounce access to the services offered by the Site. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nUse of our Site by minors is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, you are hereby informed and you acknowledge that any conditions from contracts with third parties, including access providers or mobile operators, continue to apply when accessing our Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

If these third parties charge you connection costs (incoming or outgoing, voice or data) during your use of our Services, you are solely liable for bearing the corresponding costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, by using the Services that we offer you on our Site, you are agreeing not to upload, supply or publish in any way any information that is offensive, illegal or likely to infringe anybody\u2019s rights or to harm or threaten anybody\u2019s security.<\/span><\/p>\n

You certify on your honour that the data you provide us with is correct. If your situation changes, you agree to notify us as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

To access our Services, you must have a valid email address.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have already registered on our Site, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3 – Site content<\/h3>\n
