With us serving everything from alpine breakfasts to dinner, you can explore our menu of fine wines and champagne accompanied by responsibly farmed local produce. You’ll be served in the alpine lounge, by the fireplace if it’s chilly outside, or on our bright panoramic terrace.
No matter where you’re seated for these special moments, our team are available to serve you from 7am to 10pm.
For a gourmet break at any time of the day, we invite you to our lounge bar area. From breakfast to dinner, we invite you to discover our wine and champagne list, served with our local products. They will be served to you in the mountain lounge, by the fire in the back season, and on our panoramic terrace bathed in light.
From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., our team will be at your disposal to accompany these special moments.
Pleasure cuisine is at the rendezvous of our new restaurant “L’Air du Temps”. You will have the opportunity to find the culinary proposals of our young chef, Julien MATHERET, who applies to gastronomy a philosophy of the land, respect for the seasons and the flavor of fresh products. The menu, which revisits the great Mediterranean culinary traditions, is imagined with products from short circuits and with respect for biodiversity.
Food and wine pairings invite you to a culinary journey to enjoy inside in an authentic wooden setting or on the elegant panoramic terrace to enjoy the sunny days and a beautiful view of the Vésubie massifs.
